BE GREAT is an idea which communicates that within every child there is the potential for greatness and all of us play a vital role in helping young people find and achieve their dreams. It's a call to action that speaks to how each target audience of this campaign can help kids reach their full potential:

• To donors, BE THE ONE to make a difference and support the cause.
• To alumni, BE NOSTALGIC and connect with your local Club.
• To community leaders, BE INFLUENTIAL and help champion our youth.
• To staff and volunteers, BE MOTIVATED and excel at your work with kids.
• To kids and teens -- BE awesome, BE amazing, BE anything you want to BE.
• To everyone, BE GREAT!

At the Boys & Girls Club of the Rogue Valley (BGCRV), we exist to provide year-round positive, fun and safe places for all kids, helping them to build self-esteem and develop skills necessary to make right choices, becoming responsible and productive citizens.  BGCRV has been serving youth ages 6-18 in our community since 1970.  We provide afterschool programs to over 600 kids each day.

We believe every child has the potential to BE GREAT. Every day, we ask our children and teens at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley to push through their challenges, overcome adversities and encourage them to BE GREAT.

In support of this strong conviction, Clubs strive to build caring, responsible citizens. Communities, volunteers, parents, youth and supporters must work together to ensure great futures for our youth and for the Rogue Valley.
