After School Programs
Phoenix Elementary School
Operated from Phoenix Elementary School since 1994, the After School program runs from September through June. With full access to outdoor playgrounds and
the gym and cafeteria, the planned programs and activities are well structured
to offer a variety of social and physical recreation games. Daily homework help and weekly art projects round out the opportunities for
youth six through twelve years old looking for a safe, positive, structured place to be after school.
A team of dedicated, professional staff welcomes approximately 50 – 70 members
each and every day. Our programs and activities focus on 5 core areas including
art, education, leadership, health and life skills, and social and physical
recreation.
 Who can join?
All boys and girls six through twelve years old can participate in the After School
Program at Phoenix. The initial membership fee of $30 plus a monthly fee of $50 per child ($75 per family)
is required.
Phoenix After School Program Hours:
Monday through Friday 2:00pm - 6:30pm.
School In-Service Days, Holidays, Christmas Break, and Spring Break Hours:
The Phoenix Branch after school program is closed during these
periods. Talent Branch is open 7:30am - 6:00pm. Closed Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas
Break and New Year's Day. Please check with the monthly calendar to know exact schedules.
Membership Fee:
$30 membership fee is good from registration date through August 31st. Your child's membership allows him/her to participate in daily programs and activities during normal Club hours at either the Phoenix
Branch or Talent Branch.
Program Fees:
The monthly program fee is $50 per child ($75 per family).
How to Register:
Please visit the Phoenix After School Program between the hours of 2:20pm - 6:30pm to register your child or children. Complete a one page membership form and pay the membership fee plus any additional program fee and your child becomes a member.
