Boys & Girls Club of the Rogue Valley - Talent Unit
Operating since 1996 the Boys & Girls Club in Talent is located across the street from Talent Elementary School. Inside the building is a game room,
technology center, and areas utilized for arts & crafts and educational activities. Partnering with the Phoenix/Talent School District enables the Boys & Girls Club to access the Talent Elementary School grounds including their gym, cafeteria, playground and grass playfields.
A team of dedicated, professional staff welcomes approximately 70 - 100 members each and every day. Our programs and activities focus on 5
core areas; the arts, education, character & leadership, health and life skills, sports and fitness & recreation. We supplement our programs and activities with field trips to local museums, swimming pools, libraries and other family destinations.
 Who can join?
All boys and girls, ages 6 - 18 years of age, can join the Boys & Girls Club. Membership allows a youth to visit the Club throughout the year for regular hours and activities.
After School Hours:
Monday through Friday from time of school dismissal (usually 2:20pm) to 6:30pm. Check
monthly calendar for closures.
School In-Service Days, Holidays, Christmas Break, and Spring Break Hours:
Club is open 10:00am - 6:30pm. Early bird is offered from 7:30- 10:00 for a $5.00 fee per member per day or $20.00 per week. Members
must be prepaid one week in advance to hold Early Bird.
Closed August 15 through September 3
Summer 2008 ~ June 23 through August 15:
The Summer Program begins June 23. Summer hours will be Monday through Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm . Children need to sign up for membership or be current members in order to participate in the Summer Program. The fee for the summer program is $150.00
for the first child or $200.00 per family. Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided. Small field trip fees may apply to pay for transportation and/or admission.
For working parents we also offer an Earlybird Program where they can drop off their children as early as 7:30am.
The fee for the Earlybird Program is $20 per week per child or $5 per day. Breakfast is provided @8:00am.

Membership Fee:
$30 membership fee is good from registration date through August 31st. Your child's membership allows him/her to participate in daily programs and activities during normal Club hours.
How to Register:
Please visit the Boys & Girls Club in Talent between the hours of 2:00pm - 6:00pm to register your child or children. Complete a one page membership form and pay the membership fee plus any additional program fee and your child becomes a member.
