WORK AS A CLUB PROFESSIONAL
A year round staff team of over 50 professionals work for the Boys & Girls
Clubs of the Rogue Valley, and an additional 15-20 program staff are hired each summer.
Whether an opening exists or not, we are always interested in meeting persons who would like to work with young people!
Most positions are for part-time program staff and average 25 hours per week during
the school year and 30-40 hours during the summer. Entry wages start at $8/hour.
In general, successful candidates have a high school degree with a good start on both post-secondary education and work experience. All
potential employees must pass a background check and a drug screen.
Our full-time positions are administrative in nature and typically require college degrees,
or equivalent experience. Salaries and benefits are competitive within the non-profit sector.

Grants Pass Teen Coordinator $10.00 per hour 30 hrs per week starts 9/1/2008
Talent Arts & Crafts Coordinator $8.00 per hour 25 hrs per week starts 9/1/2008
Talent Education & Technology $8.00 per hour 25 hrs per week starts 8/25/2008
